These terms apply to your use of toolivoo.com and the tools on it ("Toolivoo", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

Toolivoo offers free online tools such as file converters, compressors, a QR code generator and text utilities. The tools are free to use, need no account, and may change, be paused or be removed at any time without notice.

2. Your files and content

The tools process your files and text inside your own browser. They are not uploaded to our servers. You keep all rights to what you put into a tool and to what it produces. You are responsible for having the right to use any file or content you process, and for keeping your own copies of important files.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Toolivoo to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, to create QR codes or other output that points to malware, phishing or fraud, or to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or try to break into the site.

4. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee that results will be error-free, meet a particular size or quality, or suit your purpose. Always check the output before you rely on it, for example before printing a QR code or sending a converted document.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Toolivoo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Our content

The Toolivoo name, logo, site design, text and code belong to us. You may link to any page, but please don't copy the site or present it as your own.

7. Third-party services and ads

The site uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and may show advertising. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them. How we and these services handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
