Toolivoo's Image Resizer lets you resize images to exact pixel dimensions, with an optional aspect-ratio lock so your photos don't get stretched. Use it to prepare images for social media, websites, or thumbnails. Files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. Supports JPG, PNG, and WebP. No account required, completely free, and works on any modern browser.
Our Image Resizer gives you precise pixel-level control over your image dimensions. Unlike resizers that send your files to a remote server, Toolivoo processes everything locally in your browser, so your images stay on your device. The aspect-ratio lock keeps your photos from being stretched or squashed. There's no registration, no watermarks, and no limit on how many images you can resize. Whether you're preparing images for social media, websites, or simple thumbnails, Toolivoo gets the job done in a few clicks.

You can resize JPG, PNG, and WebP images. The output can be saved as JPG, PNG, WebP, or kept in the same format as the original.
Resizing always changes the pixel data of an image. When you make an image smaller, pixels are removed, which is not reversible. When you make it larger, the browser fills in new pixels, which can look softer than the original. For the sharpest results, start from the highest-resolution source you have and avoid scaling up by a large amount.
There is no fixed file size limit set by Toolivoo. Because resizing happens entirely in your browser, the practical limit depends on your device's available memory. Very large images may load or process slowly on phones or older computers. For big files, a desktop browser usually works best.
Not at the moment. The Image Resizer processes one image at a time. Batch resizing for multiple files is something we may add in the future.
Yes. If you keep the output format as PNG or WebP, transparent areas in your original image are preserved. Saving as JPG will replace transparent areas with a solid background, since JPG does not support transparency.
No. Your image is opened and resized directly in your browser, and the resized file is downloaded straight to your device. We do not receive or store your image. Toolivoo uses standard website analytics to understand overall tool usage (such as how often the resizer is used), but those analytics do not include your files or their content.
